Catania-Etna and Taormina in Sicily

The adventure, fun and discovery of this tour start with a relaxing drive through the slopes of Mount Etna reaching at an altitude of 2,500 above the tree lines. This altitude provides a wonderful view of the three Silvestri craters with the river of lava which came into existence as a result of the eruption in 1983-1985. You will also have time to walk around the crater. The tour will take you to Tenuta San Michele, an ancient estate located on the slopes of the volcano Etna. Mt. Etna is the highest volcano in Europe. The climate and the local soil together blend the typical wine taste of this area.
