Thanks to our Gelato and Pizza making class you will learn all the secrets of the local professionals to make a spectacular, authentic pizza and a master gelato! First you will meet an expert "pizzaiolo" (professional pizza-chef) who will illustrate and demonstrate the main secrets hidden behind the creation of a delicious pizza.
During the pizza course, your dedicated chef will show you how to make a pliable and thin yeast dough, kneading it in the perfect way. He will give you hints on how to prepare a zesty but light tomato sauce to put it on top your dough. And to follow... Aprons on! It's your turn to mold, roll, season and finally bake and then be patient, as in a few minutes the best pizza you've ever had - the one you made yourself - will be ready to be tasted by the one who made it: you!
The time has come for dessert with your gelato making class . Hear from the voice of our friendly and expert chef the history and the ancient tradition of Italian gelato making and discover the various types of raw materials, where the best products come from and which natural colors can be used. You will discover that there are different heating and freezing techniques and, of course, you can take advantage of the situation to taste the various and delicious flavors of artisan-made gelato available during the lesson.
The end of the pizza making class will be celebrated with a precious gift, a Recipe Booklet that will be indispensable one you are back home and anxious to share the experience with your friends and family.
