Lake Como, located in the North-Milan, requires less than 60 minutes drive and lies between Milan and the border of Switzerland. Its southern tip is about 40km north of Milan. It is surrounded by mountains and hills and covers an area of 146 km2, which makes it the 3rd largest lake in Italy and one of the deepest lakes in Europe. Its coast is lined by dozens of elegant Villas and charming lakeside villages that all together create a unique atmosphere. After being picked up from your Hotel in Milan (but this Full-day Lake Como tour is doable from any other town in the area), drive for approximately 1 hour until you reach the fashionable lakeside town of Como.
Get off and enjoy a stroll in the Como city center, maybe spending some time for shopping and dining. Como and the omonymous Lake are surrounded with beautiful villas, resort villages and one of the most beautiful hiking tracks in all Italy.
Since the old Roman times, this lake continues to remain a major center for leisure and relaxation. Each year, a large number of tourists visit Como and the Lake to experience the magical spell of its beauty.

Get to Bellagio with a short trip using your Driver at disposal but we do suggest to take advantage of the Ferry service to enjoy a short cruise across the Lake (ticket not included, to be purchased on the spot): while cruising, admire the lakeside villas and keep an eye out for Villa d'Este at Cernobbio, a luxurious hotel set in tropical gardens.
Docking at the town of Bellagio, one of the most famous towns on the lake, you can follow the steep alleys running up from the lake and stop for a coffee or gelato at one of the lively cafes housed in grand historic buildings.
In the afternoon, meet again your driver in Bellagio and return to Milan.
