This exclusive tour is carefully designed to take you straight to the heart of Chianti shire, through its country roads that run between hills and vines from which the homonymous wine comes to life: the Chianti Classico, one of the most exceptional reds in the world!
With the expert guide of a sommelier you can explore the territories of Chianti and Chianti Classico in a Small Group and on board a minivan.
Among hills dotted with cypresses, olive groves and farms, learn to recognize the omnipresent symbol of Chianti, the Black Rooster! On all the signs along the countryside roads and - of course - on the labels of authentic Chianti bottle, the Black Rooster indicates the authenticity and quality of the wine produced in these lands.
Explore the wonderful kingdom of wine and discover peculiar stories and characteristics, the different flavors and aromas. During this tour you will visit two wineries and an ancient Tuscan oil mill.
Between ancient architecture and modern technologies, the oil mill you will visit produces a delicious olive oil. You will observe closely how oil harvesting and pressing works, according to centuries-old procedures... and finally, you will taste the unique flavor of the estate's oil!
Both wineries are internationally known and by visiting their cellars, among ancient barrels that contain the precious blends, you will understand the differences between the two different approaches and techniques, and savor the best of their respective productions!
At the end of the tour, a typical Tuscan lunch or dinner will be served.
